Play a key role in coaching and promoting Agility in the organization with several Scrum Teams. Facilitate retrospectives and workshops to help teams uncover impediments, improve communication, and to work more effectively together as a high performing team. Coach teams on the benefits of working in sprints to deliver small continuous increments of value and how to work in small batches to better estimate and deliver value more efficiently to our customers. Schedule focus groups to introduce teams to agile concepts, story pointing / estimation techniques, the benefits of working as a cross functional team utilizing XP Engineering best practices. Take feedback and observations from scrum teams and partner with key stakeholders to help streamline our processes at the organizational level.
