Conducted comprehensive needs assessments and facilitated significant ceramic tile sales based on project requirements- Created the company\'s first formal complaints management unit by hiring a Python-proficient programmer, streamlining customer the feedback and issue resolution processes- Developed and implemented an automated inventory sharing system using Python, which distributed real-time factory stock updates (including product images) to the sales department — the first such system in Iran’s ceramic tile industry- Conducted quarterly analysis of construction project trends across various provinces and developed sales strategies aligned with regional project dynamics and market fluctuation.
