Educating young filmmakers through a collaboration between Bronx-based production company Boogie Down Cinema and The Cinema School, the first NYCDOE high school dedicated to film studies- Guiding students through the filmmaking process, from pre-production to production, as they produce their final project as seniors- Teaching industry-standard best practices in script breakdowns, scheduling, shot listing, and set etiquette- Providing hands-on mentorship, helping students develop problem-solving skills and creative confidence on set- Introducing students to real-world production workflows, preparing them for careers in film and media.
