About Nadeen Qubti

The values that drive me are kindness and authenticity, self-development, and relationships. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Amman, Jordan. I moved to the United States to continue my education. I earned a BS in Business Management and a minor in Sociology, as well as an MBA with an emphasis on business analysis, both from Clemson University.Currently, I am in leadership development. I am the Chief of Staff for the Center for Leadership at Red Hat, where I manage processes and practices to support the organization\'s operations and strategic goals. I manage cross-functional leadership team development initiatives grounded in the 6 team conditions for team effectiveness by Team Coaching Zone (Drs. Richard Hackman and Ruth Wageman), focusing on the development of leadership teams.During my time in the Clemson MBA Program, I served as the Marketing and Communications Officer for the Clemson MBA Student Association, where we planned and developed the philanthropic event \"One Main Roar,\" raising donations for the GHS ALS Clinic and raising awareness on ALS.Today, I am a member of the Clemson MBA Alumni Council, focused on enriching the student experience and supporting them on their journey throughout the program. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, reading, and watching science fiction movies and shows.
