Developed Model Ready Data (MRD) for a major athletic apparel retailer by integrating diverse data sources, engineering features, and configuring forecasting assets. This enabled deployment of time series and machine learning models that improved forecast accuracy (MAPE) by 12% over baseline.Automated model selection based on accuracy metrics like MAPE, SMAPE, and model ranks. I built ensemble models and followed it up with regression-based optimization for forecast breadth and depth.
