Engaged with Veritas Prime and internal SMEs through whiteboarding sessions to discuss the current \'As Is\' process and how SuccessFactors can support the new \'To Be\' process.• Successfully Enabled Pronoun functionality in SuccessFactors resulting in fostering an inclusive workplace.• Played a key role in the go-live of the Compensation module in SuccessFactors, including reviewing technical configuration workbooks to understand key settings, and developing a user-friendly template with critical fields from all SuccessFactors templates for end users.• Executed iteration testing in DEV and TEST environments, as well as User Acceptance Testing for the Compensation module.• Drove data migration activities through an understanding the minimum dataset required for SuccessFactors.• Supported the Reward team to setup the new Interim Profit Share for September 2024, as well as to develop setup plans and letter templates in DEV, as well as with setting test data post IT1 playback session, that consider scenarios faced by the team.• Setup data in EC and ECP to ensure the end-to-end Payroll Cycle functions runs as expected, supporting Mid-Year HRSP Patching.• Reviewed Recruitment/Onboarding and EC Notifications, and delivered output to People Support for wording updates as part of an internal project.• Worked with Payroll and Finance Teams to discuss the requirements for the new Family Friendly Policy introduced by the People Function.
