I’m a Mechanical Engineering Design postgraduate from the University of Manchester with hands-on experience in product design, digital manufacturing, and mechanical systems analysis. My academic and industry journey has been driven by curiosity: understanding how things work, how they’re built, and how they can be improved. I’ve led and collaborated on several multidisciplinary design projects including a jumping rover platform and a semi-active suspension system where I applied SolidWorks, MATLAB, Simulink and ANSYS to turn conceptual ideas into tested, manufacturable prototypes.Professionally, I have 2+ years of experience in the automobile sector. I started as GET at Satyam Venture Engineering Services and deputed to client Ford Global Technology and Business Center as a dimensional control engineer. I contributed to automotive digital manufacturing projects for Ford, BIW Fixture Design, creating CMM measurement points, SPC Charts, BIW Locator drawings, 8D problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. I’m skilled in 3D modelling, FEA, GD & T, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and tolerance analysis, with working knowledge of MATLAB, Python, and Arduino for analysis and control integration. My approach blends creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, always aiming to design components that are not only functional but optimised for performance, reliability, and ease of manufacture.I’m passionate about using engineering design to solve real-world challenges.
