In 2012, Mr. Ravid was selected to serve as a mediator to resolve a lease dispute between a REIT landlord and an international retail tenant. He is also an elected Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a select national association of leading real estate attorneys.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Ravid is actively involved in the community as a volunteer mentor for the “Everyone Mentors LA Program” within the LA Unified School District, where he provides guidance and support to students from underrepresented communities facing academic and personal challenges.
