ABOUT NADA SIDAWI

I have spent my long career working at Ericsson as a global HR Systems subject matter expert & delivery manager. In this role, I have worked with a cross-functional team of people from around the globe, 3rd party IT & payroll providers as well as our off-shore business partners. Social and outgoing, I thoroughly enjoy this aspect of my work. To achieve Ericsson’s operational goals, I have worked on strategic global transformation & standardization of processes, IT solutions, scope of services and outsourcing agreements. In close collaboration with our Shared Services Centers, I have established the framework for global service delivery for Time & Payroll and seen how this standard approach is applied in each of Ericsson’s geographical regions. The key challenge in this role is to balance the company’s global processes and policies with geographical based legal and business requirements. This can only be achieved with strong inter-personal skills, an understanding of the business drivers and a great deal of perseverance. In my current role at technicolor, I have changed perspective and moved to the country dimension. This added facet helps to solidify my experience by managing the challenges to implement global and regional strategies in my country. All in all, I thrive in solving complex problems, implementing projects & solutions while building a strong collaborative network to do so in the most effective way possible.
