To Oversee the Field operationso Lead the team for safe execution of day-to-day plant operations, maintenance and commissioning activities. o Final authorization of TTO, Isolation and PTW as Area Authority.o Generation of daily DPR and Business partners KPI.o Executing the well operations and intervention plan as finalized with reservoir optimization for gaining maximum throughput from oil wells and injectivity in polymerized injection wells. o Roles related to SAP execution for maintenance and stakeholder releases. o Focus on HSE objectives and reviewing the RA or JSA for critical activities before releasing jobs. o Implementation of outcomes of RCA for any major events.o Ensuring Process Safety Management and Environmental Compliance.o Strict compliance with PTW approvals, Lock out Tag out (LOTO), confined space and process and energy isolations. o to lead Operations-Project interface for smooth completion of the upcoming projects along with plant operations. To participate in HAZID, HAZOP for upcoming projects, to look after commissioning activities of ongoing projects and timely executing commissioning of new projects.
