Ensure the materials and components are available to fulfill customer demands with minimum costs.• Plan the raw materials and components requirement based upon sales, inventory and Operations Planning and MasterSchedule.• Validate and send a weekly basis forecast to the suppliers via SAP• Follow up daily the materials arrivals according to firm orders and make sure suppliers ship parts on time according tofirm orders.• Follow up weekly the Master Production Scheduler -MPS- achievement and propose preventive actions regardingmaterial availability to ensure the MPS realization.• Follow up and report daily the inventory level of raw materials and components families: Define and lead actionsconnected with inventory reductions.• Measure the Supplier Service Rate -SSR- for each supplier and propose action plans to improve the service level• Propose logistics protocol with suppliers in co-operation with External flow analyst and Purchasing
