Project executive with a record of successful execution of complex projects in multiple market sectors and a proven ability to meet contract objectives while building trust with all stakeholders. With two decades of experience in the construction industry, I am an experienced Project Executive specializing in managing complex new construction and historic restoration projects. My career is defined by a strong track record of delivering high-profile, award-winning projects, such as the African Burial Ground National Monument, the Fulton Transit Center Corbin Building, and the Kings Theatre Historical Renovation.I have successfully led projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to final close-out, consistently exceeding contract objectives, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. My approach is characterized by strategic leadership, innovative problem-solving, and effective communication. I am also committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry and am passionate about mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.At Gilbane Building Company, I oversaw the new construction of the Spence School Athletic and Ecology Center, where I adapted to additional project requirements to convert spaces and achieve enhanced student safety during the pandemic, ensuring timely occupancy. I am currently leading the renovation and infrastructure upgrades of five NYPL Carnegie Libraries, where I developed and implemented effective bidding and procurement strategies and led a comprehensive diversity and inclusion program that surpassed contract requirements. My previous roles at Shawmut Design and Construction and Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) further honed my expertise. I hold an M.S. in Architecture. I am a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and an Associate Design-Build Professional (Assoc. DBIA).
