ABOUT NADA ALANSARI
I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist, counsellor and coach offering online therapy to people who are seeking a deeper understanding of their inner lives. Much of my work focuses on understanding recurring emotional patterns, people pleasing, and the impact of childhood experiences and family dynamics on adult life. I have a particular interest in working with people from multicultural backgrounds, and with those who appear outwardly functional but feel emotionally stuck or unsettled underneath. My approach is insight-oriented, trauma-informed and reflective.I use my past experience as a solicitor working in high pressure corporate environments to inform my work.
