I am working as an Manager Due Diligence with AllianceBernstein. My core responsibility is to establish and lead India based DDQ Team for AllianceBernstein. A seasoned RFP/DDQ Professional with over 10 years’ experience in writing Asset Management Proposals and leading Proposal Teams, I am very well acquainted with establishing teams from scratch including, developing optimal team structure, coming up with the most meaningful process frameworks, hiring the right people and then developing them into seasoned Proposal Writers who appreciate the nuances which underlie the most complex asset management Proposals helping them write high quality Proposals effectively and efficiently. A firm believer in “player coach” concept I also continue to work on and review high quality Proposals spanning all traditional asset classes, new and emerging investment styles like ESG for a whole range of investment vehicles for myself and my Teams.I am also a keen contributor in finding right application of new and emerging technologies like Generative AI and LLM Models to drive efficiencies in RFP Process and in developing new tools for Proposals Teams and Managers.
