From a huge set of large numbers creating a story and presenting solutions to that problem is the main motive I aspire for.In my current role as a Senior Research Executive, I manage and execute both social and non-social research projects end-to-end. My responsibilities include designing research methodologies, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, coordinating fieldwork, and conducting qualitative interviews and moderation. I analyze data and present insights through structured reports and visual presentations. I work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment, timelines, and data integrity. Additionally, I contribute to organizational initiatives beyond project work, including communication, events, and quality control efforts.I have different experiences in life with different positions of responsibility being a Captain, Prefect, Union & Campus Representative. I also have some successfully conducted placement process related work as a Placement Committee member during my MBA. Accomplishments-Submitted every project before or within the deadline.Awarded best entrepreneurship business idea at Goenka College of Commerce, Kolkata, 2018.MBA Silver Medalist, 2022.
