I am a senior strategic advisor with 15+ years of experience guiding leaders, boards, and organizations through transformation at the intersection of business, policy, and governance.As a Partner at Ethos Capital, a $5B private equity firm, I work with portfolio leadership teams to align people, processes, and long-term value creation. I have built firm-wide people strategies, resolved complex performance challenges, and developed ESG and ethics frameworks that balance business imperatives with responsible growth.At ICANN, I served on the global executive team that oversaw the internet’s transition away from U.S. government oversight—a milestone in digital governance. I founded ICANN’s first corporate responsibility department, created global capacity programs (internships, fellowships, online learning), and restructured its language services division, leading a 20+ person team to deliver across all six UN languages.As Chief of Staff and Advisor to the UAE Ambassador in Washington, D.C, I established the UAE’s first U.S. West Coast Consulate and managed diplomatic, policy, and trade engagements across the country.I have also advised the World Economic Forum on public-private collaboration in the digital economy and continue to counsel boards and organizations on governance, leadership alignment, and stakeholder engagement.Board service: Formerly TechWadi (San Francisco) and the Association for Accountability and Internet Democracy; currently ULIP (United Youth Lebanon Impact Project).What I bring: A record of helping organizations navigate complexity, align leadership around strategy, and build scalable structures for growth.
