Conduct organizational analysis combining audit findings and in-depth team interviews to identifycurrent practices, specific needs, and improvement opportunities.• Develop several key tools:– Project characterization template: standardization, information transfer between departments, automated scoring (VBA) to evaluate project criticality and guide resource allocation.– Risk register: structured tool to identify, evaluate, prioritize, address, and monitor risks atevery stage of the project.– Standard project charter: based on PMI and Canadian government templates, tailored toBSQ’s context.– Stakeholder mapping tool: analyze power/interest and define appropriate engagement strategies.– Milestone tracking interface: checklist-based dashboard with automated updates and centralized document storage.• Facilitate co-design workshops and brainstorming sessions based on Agile/Scrum approaches with userfeedback integration.• Produce supporting documentation: user guides, explanation sheets, presentation materials
