With ten years of experience in petroleum and chemical engineering, I am passionate about applying my technical and financial skills to solve complex energy challenges and create value for Chevron. I joined the Discover Program in 2022, a two-year finance development program designed for mid-career engineers to develop financial acumen and business fluency by exploring opportunities in various finance/strategy roles. As a Discover Program Member, I am eager to learn from diverse perspectives, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support Chevron\'s vision of delivering affordable, reliable, and ever-cleaner energy.In my previous roles at Chevron, I leveraged my Ph.D. in Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering and my skills in reservoir engineering, water chemistry, and enhanced oil recovery to design and implement innovative projects that improved the production and performance of Permian basin unconventional assets. I am proud of the results that I achieved with the help of my team, and I am excited to continue to grow and develop as a finance and strategy professional at Chevron.
