ABOUT NABEEL AL JAHAN

From revitalizing cultural organizations to shaping HR policies and now diving into Business Analytics, my journey has always been about people, strategy, and the power of data to inform human decisions. As the HR & Admin Officer at Prolancer Studio, I built the entire HR infrastructure—from policy manuals and salary frameworks to recruitment, payroll, and training. Leading HR for a 50-employee creative studio while also serving as an Executive Producer for Bangladesh’s first commercial animation film, My Father Mujib, reinforced a key lesson: betting on people drives success. This realization led me to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Centennial College, where I gained Canadian HR expertise and hands-on experience as a Co-op Recruitment Assistant. However, as AI and tech-driven decision-making reshaped industries, I knew I needed to broaden my skill set. After consulting mentors, professors, and career experts, I took a bold step into Business Analytics—a field where data meets decision-making through insightful human interpretation. I’ve always been drawn to numbers, patterns, and visualization, so this shift felt natural. Now, through my studies in Analytics for Business Decision Making, I’m developing expertise in data-driven insights, building predictive models, and translating complex analytics into actionable strategic decisions using: Excel (Advanced Analytics & Automation) SQL (Database Management & Query Optimization) Python & R (Statistical Analysis & Machine Learning) SAS (Data Modeling & Predictive Analytics) Tableau & Power BI (Data Visualization & Storytelling) My goal? To merge my passion for people, data, and strategy to drive meaningful business outcomes by bridging the gap between raw data and human understanding. If you\'re looking for someone who understands both human capital and data intelligence and can effectively translate data into impactful business strategy, let’s connect! n••••••••@gmail.com, n•••••••@my.centennialcollege.ca, n••••••••@georgebrown.ca
