Managed Statistic Canada Foundational Service migration to GC Ent Data center and orchestrated Operational and Migration Link for Statistic Canada WLM Migration to Enterprise DC and Cloud.Conducted thorough risk assessments for the migration process, developing mitigation plans to ensure minimal disruption and secure the migration of sensitive government data. Provided leadership and coordination across different branches and service lines within the organization to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with broader WLM program objectives.
