Responsible for the management of central bank\'s FX reserves through G-10 money market investments, currency wise exposure management in major markets and strategic allocation with external fund managers. Main responsibilities include:• To research, review and recommend new investment products, strategic asset allocation (SAA), reserve diversification, alpha generation and reserve adequacy strategies for Investment Committee.• Providing analytical and research support to management with regards to investment guidelines, investment products, benchmarks, etc. • Preparing a monthly economic review containing a summary of important economic events, economic data, central bank actions and other market movements, and a view on global economic performance.• Analyzing, reviewing and reporting on the performance of external and internal portfolios on monthly/quarterly basis. • Searching and reviewing new fund managers suitable for SBP’s investment needs. • Identifying opportunities for yield enhancement while considering the safety and liquidity of reserves as priority
