Headquartered in France and manufacturing units across Europe and China.Distributing products across EMEA, Americas, Australia and Asia- Oversee the order processing workflow of Controlled and Non Controlled Drugs, from quote / to order receipt / to order fulfilment, to ensure accuracy and efficiency while using SAP- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders, resolve order discrepancies, and meet customer delivery expectations- Implement and maintain order management systems and procedures to streamline processes and improve order accuracy- Handle customer enquiries: providing quotations, placing customer orders in SAP, advising on delivery dates, etc- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and ensure timely delivery of products- Monitor inventory levels, track shipment schedules, and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand- Identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations- Manage transportation logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and t transportation scheduling- Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments, and implement corrective actions- Pick / Pack / Ship finished goods for international shipments- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement- All documents and deliveries to be generated on SAP.
