I gained hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI (intermediate)—learning to extract, clean, and visualize data to uncover insights. The training emphasized using technical tools in an agile environment, strengthening my ability to manage workflows, analyze business needs, and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders. I also built skills in business analysis and stakeholder engagement, bridging the gap between data strategy and organizational goals.Before Kubrick, I worked as a Health Policy Analyst at Duke University School of Medicine, conducting research on healthcare access and policy implementation. I used qualitative coding, chi-squared testing, and literature synthesis to evaluate outcomes and create recommendations—25% of which were adopted by decision-makers. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, I helped design evidence-based solutions that improved policy and program performance.Earlier, I was a Marketing and Operations Specialist at a food startup called Equiti Foods (Good Bowls), leading health campaigns that increased engagement 10% and improved production efficiency 15% through data-driven strategies. I also supported clinical operations at Pender Memorial Hospital, enhancing workflow and patient care across departments.My research at the UNC School of Public Health further strengthened my analytical foundation. Using R, I analyzed nutrition and epidemiological data to identify regional sugar-consumption trends across China.With a background that blends public health, analytics, and consulting, I bring a holistic perspective to solving complex healthcare challenges.
