I am also proficient in Data Analysis, Laboratory practice, Tracking and Storage of Research Samples, and Dangerous Goods Regulations as well as overseeing design, conduct and analysis of pragmatic RCTs/CTIMPs. I have a proven ability to lead and manage multinational teams and programmes. I would also like to share that I am an experienced registered nurse and leader with excellent communication and motivation skills; coupled with extensive experience in conducting research, managing and leading key projects, along with achieving positive outcomes.While others take pride in meeting all standards set before them: my passion is for delivering service that goes beyond organizational expectations, creating a win-win scenario for everyone involved.
