2023-Present: Consulting - Collaborated with executive stakeholders and worked closely with Business Partners and Deployment teams to deliver both in-class and virtual learning programs. These programs focused on equipping the workforce with AI skills (GenAI) and covered other consulting topics such as Marketing and Project Management.2022: Assurance/Global - Designed and delivered elearnings for new hires and transfers to be familair with firm specific processes. Played a key role in a taskforce responsible for overhauling the assessment design process. This initiative aimed to address low performance by analysing course content and assessment for 30+ courses using the backwards design for the target courses, implementing new evaluation methods with recommendations and remediating flagged assessments to ensure improved scores.2021: All EY - Contributed in virtualizing the Milestones program for the newly promoted Managers and Senior Managers and enhance existing programs based LMS data during COVID-19.
