At Tata Consultancy Services, Pune, I am functioning as a Scrum Master and Agile Consultant, wherein my responsibility encapsulates leading the delivery of all sprints and interaction with product owners. Bringing to bear a host of technical solutions covering Retail & Investment Banking modules. It was my job to collaborate with Product Owners to ensure understanding of user stories and keeping the backlog groomed. I was instrumental in facilitating and coaching the development team as a servant-leader in implementing Scrum and Agile Concepts & Principles. My responsibilities included administering, mentoring & guiding the team to estimate story points and measuring velocity to plan future sprints. I essayed a crucial role in partnering with Enterprise Agile Transformation Team and Setup Agile Release Trains & Value Streams as well with various Teams to understand the requirement of various tools and their procurement. I provided training in JIRA & Confluence; enabled the adoption of various DevOps Tools during the project phase. In a techno-functional role, I successfully presented the technical design to the stakeholders; also guided the team members in every phase of the development process.
