Worked towards following proposals: Client: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Mumbai Region Duration: September 2015–On-going Project Name: Replacement of Main Oil Line Pumps at BHS Process Platform. Project Size: 200 Million INRThe scope of the work was to carry out engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and performance testing of two MOL pumps of capacity 350m3/hr each in the existing location and dismantling and removal of the old pumps of capacity 750m3/hr each. The new pumps have to replaced along with drive motors and other accessories as required for proper and efficient operation of MOL Pump. The replaced 2 new Pumps will also to be provided with Vibration & Temperature Monitoring System and integrated with existing systems. Proposal cum Estimation Engineero Scrutiny of tender documents received from client.o Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.o Arrange for the Pre-Qualification documents.o Preparing the Pre Bid Queries both Technical and Commercial in consultation with the discipline engineers and Project Manager.o Attend the pre bid meeting with the client to understand the pre-requisites of the client and grey areas (if any) pertaining to the scope of the work and the contractual terms.o Floating enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.o Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects regarding the supply of MOL Pumps.o Based on Clients budget constraints, carry out Value engineering studies for making a competitive proposal.o Arrange risk assessment meeting with the Risk Engineers and Top Management for mitigating the risks.o Compiling of tender documents.
