ABOUT NAAZ KHAN
Sociology Research Scholar at MNIT Jaipur examining contemporary transformations in work, family life, and gender relations, with a focus on how changing employment structures shape everyday experiences, gender norms and work life balance altogether. My professional experience spans academic research, teaching, interdisciplinary scientific collaboration, and public scholarship. I have been involved in various projects of NASA, contributing to systematic data analysis and structured reporting within collaborative research environments. In academia, I have served as an Assistant Professor, UGC NET Educator, and Academic Tutor, engaging in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum support aimed at strengthening critical and analytical thinking. I actively engage in public-facing scholarship through blog writing and a YouTube channel, where I communicate sociological concepts, research insights, and contemporary social issues to wider audiences. In parallel, I founded Help Under Mask (HUM), a community-based initiative established during the COVID-19 pandemic to support marginalized populations through sustained social outreach and engagement.
