For the past eight years, I have been working in the behavioral health field, where I apply my psychology degree and my passion for helping people who face mental health and substance abuse challenges. Currently, I am a Development Specialist at Intermountain Healthcare, one of the nation\'s leading and most innovative healthcare providers. In this role, I collaborate with local Foundation leaders and Gift Officers to generate revenue through fundraising activities that support the organization\'s mission and vision for behavioral health programs and services. I coordinate and execute various tasks, such as donor research, data analysis, event planning, and stewardship. I also use my active listening, professional skills, and attention to detail to maintain and enhance donor relationships.
