   As a Cortex XSOAR Customer Success Engineer, my primary responsibility is to assist customers with he deployment, configuration, and use of the Cortex XSOAR platform. In this role, I am working closely with customers to ensure that the platform is integrated with their existing security tools and systems and it is configured to meet specific incident response plans and customer needs.In this role, I also provide technical support to customers who are using the XSOAR platform. This involves troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on best practices, and working alongside other teams to resolve complex technical problems. I also serve as an advocate for the customer by communicating needs and feedback to product management and development teams to help ensure that the platform continues to meet customer needs and expectations. Lastly, I play a key role in training and educating customers on how to use the Cortex XSOAR platform effectively. This includes conducting working sessions, creating documentation and training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure that customers are successful in using the platform to it\'s fullest potential by providing guidance and support throughout the entire lifecycle of the platform.
