From being a Civil Engineer who started executing construction tasks at projects to Heading Formwork Department of a Strategic Business Group in L&T, I have gathered varied level of experience including Project Planning and Operational Excellence that have made my learning and growth journey interesting.My early years as project execution engineer and then as a project planning executive had contributed much to strengthen my basics and shed a light into one arena that can transform a construction project into a glory through safe, quality, and timely execution which is FORMWORK! This ignited my passion to conquer excellence in it, and thereby I pursued the opportunity and progressively advanced to the position where I am today. I always carry a strong belief in nurturing young talents to achieve organization’s goals thereby enhancing brand value, and am passionately sharing the acquired knowledge through trainings and sessions. As an endeavor to further institutionalize this drive I had ideated and designed an exhaustive course on System Formwork in Digital Platform by covering both practical and theoretical concepts which has contributed to knowledge upgradation of about staffs in L&T Water & Effluent Treatment IC till now and will continue to do.Having gained more awareness on my interests, I pursued an Executive MBA which not only oriented me in terms of my thought process and business know-how but also exposed me to a world of new network with diversified minds across domains whom I admire for their motivation and insightful visions.Presently, I am leading the Formwork Method & Planning team of L&T WET IC, SBG by strategizing execution methods for the projects’ scope, mobilizing resources, monitoring performances, and effectively streamlining the functioning towards excellence.On personal front, I love to smile, travel, see the world thru my lenses, eat out with friends, and more :)Want to connect?
