I am an accomplished Medical Writer with expertise in Business Process Modelling (BPM). I am mainly involved in creating, optimizing and publishing process maps for clinical and regulatory processes. I am well-versed with use of business process modelling softwares which include BPanda, ARIS and Microsoft Visio. I can also author detailed processes utilizing the readily available process maps. Besides my technical skills, I am also involved in direct client communication to ensure that all the client\'s expectations are met.I am also involved in assisting my team members as a subject matter expert in business process modelling. I am pleased to share that I was recognized with a “TeamWork Titan” honorary badge in appreciation of my continuous commitment to accomplish the completion of every assignment in collaboration with my team members.I strive for continuous improvement and focus primarily on upskilling myself with every available opportunity.I earned my master\'s degree i.e, M.S.(Pharm) in Medicinal Chemistry from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. My master\'s research project, titled \"Synthesis and Computational Studies on the Imidazopyridine Molecule,\" taught me the significance of attention to detail, meticulous output analysis, and perseverance. These skills have been of great utility in my professional journey as well. During my tenure at NIPER Mohali, I have held two administrative positions.My graduation period played an exceptional role in solidifying my pharmaceutical knowledge. It also taught me the importance of always having an open mind and taking on bigger challenges. As the Class Representative, I got an opportunity to multi-task as I managed various academic, administrative, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities simultaneously and effectively. As a leader, I had the opportunity to deal with many crises in diverse situations effectively and lead the way forward.
