Responsible for operations and maintenance of Coal Handling Plants engaged in over MW of integratedcoal handling plants of over 10 thermal power stations with corporate as well as public sector clients including NTPC, UPRVUNL, HPGCL, RRVUNL etc. Execution of O&M and Service Contracts in a safe manner, achieving production targets and other KPIs withcontractual adherence and management of P&L for operation and maintenance of Coal handling plants. Handling around 1100 coal rakes and catering 04 Million tons of coal per month. Client relationship management with NTPC, State Electricity Boards, coordination and liaison upto CMD level.Effectively liaise with railways to ensure consistent availability of rakes and concessions/support besidesbuilding of rapport/relationship for smooth functioning. Yard Operations & maintenance of Locomotives, Track, Signalling system, OHE. Railway correspondence, co-ordination & liaison for all operational; siding related and commercial matters. Experience in co-ordination with Railway Divisional and Zonal Offices in South Central Railway; Central Railway; Southern Railway; South Western Railway; South Eastern Railway; Northern Railway; East Coast Railway; South East Central Railway; West Central Railway; Western Railway, East Central Railway etc.Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials from various Ports/ domestic sources to plant storage pointsand dispatches of finished products to various Ports and inland destinations. Coordination with plant production heads for annual, monthly plans to ensure availability of raw materialsand with Sales & Marketing Head for dispatch plans for finished goods.Operation & maintenance of Railway Yard; Locomotives & Track, Raw Material handling equipment like Wagon Tippler, Truck Tippler, Track Hopper, Stacker cum Reclaimer, etc.
