Resourcing resumes for Client from vendors and through job portals. • Screening the resumes based on educational qualification, technical skills and communication skills and short-listing if it matches the requirement. • Knowledge with Dice,Monster. • Maintaining good relationship with vendors to make the business high. • Maintaining a database to make the work easier and quicker for submissions. • Interviewing the candidate and evaluate them by checking their communication skills, confidence and technical skills. • Good in Negotiating the rate to bring down the rate cap with the employer and with the consultants if they are Green Card Holder/US Citizen and EAD. • Scheduling the interviews and updating the feedbacks to the consultant as well as employer. • Sending offer to consultant and following them till they join the project.• Maintaining good relationship with the consultants after joining to make them to satisfy with their offer.• Maintaining good relationship with vendors to make the business high. • Maintaining a database to make the work easier and quicker for submissions.
