Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, I effectively serve as a check and balance in order to ensure that ENB remains safe and sound, operating within our stated risk appetite. I seek to keep both management and the Board aware of both current and emerging risks, in order to respond appropriately.My overall approach to ERM is strategic; ERM should be fully embedded throughout our company\'s culture. If all employees are aware of the role they play in risk management, risk management will be implemented at both tactical and strategic levels, leading to stronger outcomes.
