Processing weekly payroll with proper garnishments/deductions, submitting weekly payroll taxes to the state for all federal, state and city taxes. Posting cash receipts daily, processing all financial reporting to Executive staff / Board of Trustees. Working with the President and Secretary Treasurer on day to day activities on cash disbursements as well as current Financial position. Work with HR on updated payroll objectives. Processing pension cash disbursements for pensioners each month. Working with banks to ensure all deposits, cash disbursements and accounts are in good standing with balances. Invest cash with outsourced investors. All accounts payable is up to date and nothing is past due. Reconciling all investment statements in QuickBooks, assisting with 401K annual reporting.
