We are working for Group Insurance as a part of Quoting Specialist (Underwriter). o My Role: We have to received cases by Salesforce along with entire details and attached paperwork {Collect Clint information in PDF \"portable document format’ ’and number of participating in Census MS Excel}. Before processing we have to check and validate entire paperwork with Coverage status that it is FTB/ INF {First Time Buyer / Inforce } Scenarios If anything’s missing, we have to consent / confirm with Sales representative and Sales coordinator as well then to do the process accordingly. We have to process the cases as per given target, Helping to the Team persons, Always spread process new updates with Teammates and make sure we all are on the same page. Always connect with seniors and manager as well so that we can process smoothly and Reports update on time. We never deny any kind of work at office time, if there is need to extend the shift, I do that too. o Using Tools: Salesforce, Quote, D&B Hoovers {Validate SIC, Standard Industrial Classification}, Universities’ {to identify the regions exactly}, Bureau of Labor Statistics {Find out Occupation / Salary or, Income}
