Currently as SVP, Global IT Operations for Precision Medicine Group (Blackstone PE Company), Mohammad is responsible for leading all Global IT Operations with 4300+employees in 53 countries. Most recently, as Vice President – Head of Global Infrastructure & Support at Aramark Uniform Services, now Vestis (NYSE: VSTS), he oversaw IT operations for a $2.8B business with 350+ locations and employees. He successfully built an independent infrastructure and support services organization post-divestiture, driving scalability, security, and operational excellence across critical systems.Prior to joining Vestis, Mohammad was Sr. Director – Head of Infrastructure at Motrex LLC(Previously Exide Technologies). His responsibilities included overseeing a divestiture of a $3 billion dollar global privately owned organization known as Exide Technologies through a transition and sale to private equity and launching of new companies from Exide Technologies to Stryten Energy and Motrex LLC. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:**Produced $1.2 Million in new contracts by hiring, training, and organizing IT management and technical teams for an Operational Command Center in the Atlanta corporate office, utilizing ITIL Framework with an offshore Level 2 NOC in Hyderabad, India, providing 24/7/365 support.*Renegotiated datacenter contracts with service providers, achieving in cost savings in three years; implemented a hybrid strategy to transition 50% of workloads into an Amazon AWS cloud.*Transformed end user support from internal teams to an external vendor, subsequently receiving positive ratings in KPIs from managed service customers, leading to additional revenue streams by adding extra managed services including SQL/Oracle management.*Established cost-effective IT strategies to deliver secure, high-quality IT solutions, and optimized organizational resources in Cloud Services (AWS,Azure), SaaS Offerings, driving improvements for all customers.*Led transformations and migrations from legacy on-premises technologies, producing new, more efficient and reliable SaaS-based infrastructures.*Drove the Corporate IT and Managed Services Division services and systems, contributing to business growth from a $3 Million business to over $7 Million.
