I have extensive experience preparing and managing budgets of over $155M, over multi-state territories. I’m also skilled in developing and implementing policies and procedures at the administrative level.In prior roles, I performed site selections, fast tracked lease developments, and provided leadership to a workforce of over 4,200. Some of my most proud moments have been serving as liaison with business partners, community agencies, governmental officials, vendors, and senior management.In addition to these experiences, my previous responsibilities included the hiring, training, and coordination of union and non-union personnel into high-performance teams.My passions include coaching, career development and mentorship, through performance improvement and empowering others to reach their full potential.
