Developed a sophisticated Azure Function App-based solution featuring organization-isolated spike detection, intelligent load balancing between primary and secondary GitHub Apps, and Redis-cached token management to optimize API rate limit utilization. Architected the system using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), implementing secure private key management through Azure Key Vault, comprehensive monitoring via Application Insights, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
