Oversee and manage the annual calibration, maintenance, and repair of all 16 Environmental/Climate Chambers in the NJ site. Chambers in working order were maintained poorly post-Hurricane Sandy resulting in an average of 33% of total chambers experiencing downtime due to maintenance issues. Changing the chamber service vendor and streamlining the calibration process have reduced chambers undergoing maintenance from 33% to 6%, maximizing total chamber capacity for both departments.+ Integrated DDL Calibration procedures to supercede previous Cryopak calibrations. As a result, environmental chambers calibrated under DDL Calibration procedures are now compliant to ISO 17025 and are optimized for maximum thermal range.+ Compiled and prepared documents and video for annual International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) re-certification. As a result, DDL NJ maintains their ISTA level projects on their testing scope for another two year cycle.
