Built and launched the Employee Impact Councils programme from scratch in October 2022, growing the number of councils from 27 to 32 locations and increasing membership by 76% year-over-year. Promoted in February 2025 to expand my role, including operationalising AI for impact volunteering and continuing to scale the programme globally, while driving Salesforce’s philanthropic objectives.

ABOUT MYRIAM BEDREDDINE LAMERTON
I’m a CSR leader with a Master’s degree in International Business and a passion for creating meaningful social impact through employee engagement.At Salesforce, I designed, built, and now lead the Employee Impact Council Programme, a global initiative that empowers employees to support causes they care about. With 37 locations across the globe, these employee-led councils partner with nonprofit organisations to create sustainable, impactful volunteering opportunities. From concept to execution, I’ve developed the programme’s strategy, governance, and global reach, driving employee engagement and social good across our workforce.Originally from Burgundy, France, I’m fluent in English and have intermediate proficiency in Spanish, which I’m actively studying to reach fluency. I have also studied German, Russian, and Arabic, allowing me to connect with a wide range of people and cultures.Outside of work, I’m dedicated to mental health advocacy.
