The Health Systems Research Lab spans provinces and institutions (University of Ottawa, Ontario Tech University, University of Toronto, Dalhousie University, Simon Fraser University) to pool research resources and expertise with the goal of improving health systems. By working together, we are able to create opportunities for our trainees and conduct cross-jurisdictional and multi-method research to answer important applied questions. My role includes mixed methods research, manuscript writing, building opportunities for staff and student development, and assistance with grant applications.
