I drive HR strategy that supports business success and team empowerment, and develop vision, strategy and timelines for every aspect of HR. I bring a people-first approach to talent management, lead organizational design, and apply deep experience with start-to-finish M&A integrations, divestitures and carve-outs.I have recently started my own company Innovative Leadership Partners which provides an extensive range of HR consulting services designed to enhance leadership, foster talent, and drive organizational success.For the past years, I’ve headed HR for Encapsys, a leader in manufacturing microencapsulated core materials, which was owned by investment company Cypress Performance Group and sold to Milliken and Company in 2021. I was on the leadership team that made the decision of who to sell to, and chose to stay with Milliken to lead the HR strategy and the 2-year post-acquisition integration process. Prior, I led HR and Talent Management for US Venture, at first heading HR for their US Oil division and then leading talent acquisition and development across all four of their divisions. In my years, I created new branding and tools for talent development, and worked on more than 20 acquisitions and divestitures, creating an M&A playbook for HR. I’m a big-picture planner with a commitment to having a positive impact on efficiency and performance, and at the same time, attracting and developing top talent at every level.
