ABOUT MYRA THADANI
I’ve always been fascinated by how economies work, how people make decisions, and how behaviour drives outcomes. That’s what led me to study Economics and Psychology. I didn’t just want to understand markets, I wanted to understand the people behind them. This mix has shaped how I think and approach problems with both analytical precision and a deep curiosity about human behaviour.Over the years, I’ve thrown myself into roles that pushed me to lead, collaborate, and grow. From student leadership to part-time roles and internships, I’ve learned how to work across teams, adapt quickly, and make things happen. I was always driven by a desire to do meaningful work and bring out the best in people around me.I get energized by challenges especially the kind that involve people, strategy, and impact. I love taking on problems that don’t have obvious answers, and working with others to find smart, creative solutions. I’m now looking for opportunities where I can bring my full self and help organisations grow with both insight and heart.
