ABOUT MYRA KUEHNE
My interest for Social Psychology has led me to study a MSc. In Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology. I truly believe in the importance of a high quality working life, as the 21st century has blurred the boundaries between work and personal limits, often blending these into one aggregated whole. Living in Chile, Canada, and Europe has made me aware of important multicultural differences that must be kept in mind. It is truly necessary to understand a company’s demographics, values, and attitudes in order to assess it in the most accurate manner possible. My Master\'s research focuses on understanding the relation between leadership styles, group learning, and innovation. I am passionate about understanding organizational behaviours that promote greater employee satisfaction, reduced psychological distress, and increased sustainability. I look forward to applying my knowledge in order to help businesses perform more effectively while contributing to the greater good of society.
