Use Texas Medical Board, NPPES and CAQH to verify credentials. • Collaborated with MD Staff Management to implement a program for a newly developed department to take on Payor Enrollment. • Created a step-by-step guide for MD Staff and each insurance payor. • Streamlined departmental operations to reduce the number of unenrolled providers from 800+ to 200 within six months of taking over the department – a 75% reduction.
