Thirty years of experience in non-profit management and leadership, including board governance, marketing, relationship management, developing and implementing strategic, operational and business plans, product development, resource development, grants management, program development, policy and process development, and public speaking. Diverse operational experience including budget development and oversight, IT and data management, building relocation, facilities’ management and human resources. Conducted educational and human services research, including conducting needs assessments for the Richmond and Petersburg regions.
