From launching NPR One’s personalized listening experience to scaling marketplace growth engines and modernizing high-scale consumer platforms, I’ve consistently focused on engagement loops, activation, retention, and habit formation.I work best in roles where strong product thinking and clear communication go hand in hand, ensuring complex ideas translate into experiences customers easily understand and adopt.
