As the Design Head of Crimson Interactive, I spearhead the creative design team to deliver inspiring online and offline creative multilingual campaigns that run at a global level. I ensure that all designs meet the highest quality standards, deliver the brand promise effectively, and creatively capture our audience\'s attention. I\'m also responsible to lead the entire lifecycle of our messaging and branding process, including strategy, conceptualization, design and implementation.Below are some of my responsibilities at Crimson Interactive.• Recruiting, leading and managing the design and front-end development teams.• Managing the work-flow, prioritization of projects assigned to the team at a global level.• Understand requirements from stakeholders and ensure the designs meet or exceed the expectations.• Leading UI and UX design in all web and app development projects.• Ensuring that the working processes are run efficiently and adhere to project timelines.• Working closely with the web development and product development teams to build out usable and highly effective web apps and websites.• Working closely with the Information Technology team to effectively build scalable solutions for organizations\' web infrastructure.
